Hypochlorous Acid (HOCL) is a solution naturally created by our white blood cells as a first response to any virus, infection, or ailment. Being naturally produced by the human body, HOCL is safe for all skin types.

Spray as often as needed and let air dry. Or, spray on a cotton pad and apply to the target area as required. e11ement is active when wet and inactive once dried. Use before other products, antioxidants, or serums. We produce Stabilized Hypochlorous Acid at 150 ppm for cosmetic use, as indicated on our packaging and website.
